This general notice has a further purpose of stating simply, in no uncertain terms, that GORRILLA.TV/GUERRILLARADIO.COM's LLC combined company is the first media outlet to combine alternative sports coverage (MMA specifically) with rock radio (internet or otherwise). Organizations or individuals Large or small which attempt to "borrow" our ideas without requesting permission or giving proper due credit violate the boundaries described herein and will face the consequences so richly deserved by pirates and thieves (* some reading up on the Pirate killers of the late 1800's know as Privateers may serve well potential violators). In short, when it comes to the safety of our ship (intellectual property) we follow strictly the code of the 19th century seafarers. The code reads simply as "shoot first, ask questions later". You may have heard of it. As of the date of this posting, there are no media outlets combining rock radio (internet, television, terrestrial or otherwise) with the sport of MMA. None. Nunca. Nada.
